I missed that reference when I copied an old import. Since the Marysville
import and the Mountlake Terrace import are very similar, it was easiest to
just copy the old wiki page. Fixed. I've decided to use the original source
for the data, Snohomish County.

Done.

Taginfo has over 47M buildings tagged as building=house yet only 5M as
detached. My assumption is that house is the de facto standard for a single
family dwelling.
what's building=manufactured ? manufactured seem to be how the building

Manufactured homes look like they could be classified as static caravan but
they technically are not. But they are not the same as a typical single
family home either. One of the biggest problems is that manufactured homes
typically do not qualify for traditional home financing. At least not in
this state. I felt it was important to differentiate between them and the
typical single family home even though there are only 7 in the import. I'm
open to suggestions.
189 Other Residential yes -> residential ?

spent a lot of time in Mountlake Terrace, getting more local mappers
involved is important. Encouraging them to add other features doesn't
distract from the import. I believe it enhances it.
