For what it’s worth, the building:prefabricated wiki page was just
giving some examples, but I agree that the examples should be broadened
beyond industrial uses. For one thing, 801 occurrences of
building:prefabricated=yes are also tagged building=school. [1] I’ve
rewritten the documentation to better reflect the broader range of
actual usage. building=house isn’t incorrect, in any event.
