[Imports] A lot of nodes imported from GEOnet Names Server (GNS ) were deleted in Yemen, KSA, Egypt Iraq and other countries

Hello,

There were a lot of nodes deleted by the same comment:
remove nodes from an old and inaccurate GNS import where no meaningful edits have been made in the mean time, and after attempts to contact the importer failed (DWG ticket #2020112810000282)

for Yemen (https://openstreetmap.org/changeset/119556694) most of these nodes are maintained  after the first import, population added and names corrected. We want more explain about the reasons of deletion.
