I am not completely sure what is meant by “overall check” before the upload, but I would strongly advise that all buildings are verified prior to uploading them, against recent imagery, because the source data is based on imagery as old as 2014. A whole import of everything that does not touch a currently present building would probably re-add a lot of buildings that have already been removed from osm because they do not exist any more
