[Imports] UPLOADING U-WIMP project data to osm

Hello OSM Data working group,

This is my first time writing on this mailing group, please advise if I am
missing anything.

I  will be uploading a large dataset of about 569 water infrastructure data
points that were collected during the YouthMappers/WPdx project from
May-June 2022.

Here is the OSM wiki
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Uganda/Uganda_Water_Infrastructure_Mapping_Project>for
the project, and the dataset has been cleaned and formatted for upload.
Please let me know if there is anything else I should fulfil before pushing
the uploads.
