Hello Stellamaris,

(adding the imports list)

From the discussion it sounds like it was collected in one schema (WPdx),
and you are translating it to OSM (that is what most of the discussion here
has been about I think). At the very least it was collected in one version
of the OSM schema, and you are translating it based upon the feedback you
have received here. You have a nice table in your proposal that gives an
overview of the translations, which many have commented on, but it would be
good to see:
* The original data in that other (WPdx) schema
* Any software/scripts used to translate the data
* The final translated data in the OSM schema, presumably in a .osm file.

What is described on the wiki page is very general, such as just describing
what JOSM is. Below I link to some examples of the detailed procedures
that describe exactly how data is going to be imported.

There are many good examples on the wiki. These can be found here:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue

Note, your proposed import does not appear in the above list, it is my
understanding that it should.

Here are some specific examples:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Salem_Oregon_Address_Import
My comments:
* They provide a link to the original source data
* They provide a script which they used (or will use) to translate the data
and prepare for import
* They provide detailed, step by step, instructions for those participating
in the import to follow
* They provide at least a sample of the translated data (would be better to
have the full file, perhaps this is forthcoming)

Denver Building Import:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Denver_Planimetrics_Import
(some links to datasets are now broken given the age of this, but you
should get the idea)
    Instructions:
        https://github.com/geochasm/DRCOG_Buildings/blob/master/workflow.md

I hope this helps
Mike
