[Imports] UPLOADING U-WIMP project data to osm

Thank you, Rob!
I fully believe in the people that collected this data and every validation
they provided. Also, most of the tags that have been added to the dataset
were suggestions that came from this mailing list(onto the
fundamental ones). So, someone does not trust that these students worked to
the best of their ability abilities and to that added project learning, I
do not see anything particular to prevent the upload.
Yes, the data is in chunks and this is just one of them. They come in as
the validators share them.
