This is a good idea.  Every point has a photo, so this will help.   While
every point has something to do with water, it doesn't seem like every
point should be tagged amenity=water_point based on those photos (at least
as the wiki defines amenity=water_point).  For example a water tank, which
only delivers water to another location, is not amenity=water_point in my
view.

These tags make sense.
