I just found another bad entry.

The Willows at Worcester is labeled SNF, but it is independent living:

I picked nursing homes as I scanned the list because I was involved in a
search for an ALR/nursinghome for a family member in 2017, and went
through all the state data and my wife visited 15 of them.  And I helped
someone find a SNF rehab place in 2021.  So I feel like I have pretty
good local on-the-ground clue.
