[Imports] Proposed Import - Cache Valley, UT Address Points

Hello all,

This is my first time using a mailing list, so let me know if I need to 
change something up in my communication method!

I'm looking at doing an import for address data in Cache Valley, UT. 
This would include Logan, Smithfield, Hyrum, Mendon, and other nearby 
towns. I've created a Wiki page [1] which in turn has many links to 
related information. I look forward to reading your comments and/or 
questions!
