[Imports] The place where imports are required to post reviews has changed.

Hello Imports list,


     I am sending this email to notify the list that the required 
discussion of imports has officially moved from this list to the 
community forum.

As far as I'm aware, this list will remain online, it just won't be the 
place to post import reviews any more.

If you wish to follow new import proposal discussions, follow the 
import-proposal tag on the forum. (you can set it to notify you via 
email, and even reply to posts via email as well.)
