note https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal_process#Requirements_before
"At least two weeks have passed since start of a RFC."
Note 3 days between
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2023-June/007221.html
and
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2023-June/007234.html
Not entirely sure whether proposal process is applicable here, but if it
is then it should be followed.
No idea what should be done with vote outcome :/
(2)
and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal_process#Notify
(obviously message would be send to imports, not tagging)
"Title: [Voting] Feature Proposal - <PROPOSAL NAME>"
(3)
I wonder whether author of proposal tried at least to consult DWG.
