[Imports] Import Civic House Numbers in Samolaco

I am pleased to see there are still addr:housenumber address tags on POI in
Sondrio that are represented as ways, which means you have abided to the
updated plan to not remove or "convert" these to points, +1.
Looking at what is present in Samolaco, conflation seems to be easy, I only
counted about 25 objects with addresses.
