Thanks for doing this, it seems to be (as far as I can see) OK from the license
side and may get us a bit closer to good shop coverage.

Can you upload this to OSM Wiki? Either as a new page or as a file?

(this will be more durable, Google Drive file can disappear for many reasons)
I worry a bit about low data resolution - in case of tricky situations it would be
better top open a note.

Achieving better OH translation quality would be especially useful for
future updates of opening hours (if their website has better quality for 
their own shop than OSM, what seems very likely)
