[Indoor] Next OSM Indoor Meetup

Hello everyone,

let's get the discussion started here even if we are still missing a few 
people who were on the previous manually managed distribution list.

The notes of the last online meetup can be found in the wiki:

One outcome of this was the idea to organize a quarterly online meetup with a 
more regular/predictable schedule. Before we can do a poll for a specific date 
and time I'd suggest we narrow the options down a bit first by collecting 
general preferences/constraints here (workday vs weekend, work time vs 
afternoon/evening, preferred months/weeks, etc).

As a format I think what we did for the last meetup worked best so far, having 
a two hour slot and a few people preparing specific topics to discuss. But 
suggestions on how we should structure this and what topics you'd like to see 
there are of course also more than welcome.
