[josm-dev] en_GB translation

Forgive me for not replying to the original messages, but I have just
subscribed to this mailing list to voice my opinion.

I was the author of this translation, and I am flattered with the
attention. It may well seem pointless, but many FOSS projects are
localised into en_GB (and other en variants), so why not JOSM? It only
causes me to have more work, not anyone else.
