[josm-dev] Patch: fixes for delete

This patch makes JOSM's delete button remove empty nodes when deleting
way automatically without a modifier key. This is likely what most
users want. Also this changes definition of empty node from
!n.tagged() to include cases where there is a created_by tag.

Also I added a couple of @Overrides to make the thing compile at all.
