[josm-dev] JOSM needs Edit/Cut and Edit/Delete actions

Yes, we have discussed this a number of times - we need a delete
action in addition to the delete mode we have. I just haven't got
round to fix it yet.

(I am a bit sceptical about a "cut" action though, fearing that people
might thoughtlessly cut something from one layer and insert onto
another and then be surprised that when uploading, tons of things are
deleted...)
