Well, if we're adding to the JOSM wish list, then I'd like to have a
GPX editor function that would let me crop tracks before I upload
them. For privacy reasons, I'd like to exclude the cluster of tracks
around my house, work, etc. GPSBabel's area filter does not work for
track points.
