No more examples required. Please ;-) we'll fix it.

(And we'll also fix the completely unrelated but somehow similar
problem reported by someone else, namely that when inserting a node
into an existing way, the node position is not corrected to lie *on*
the way. This is causing little bends where you don't want them, and
there was a correction algorithm for that before, which had been
dropped during refurbishment.)
