[josm-dev] UtilsPlugin?

Hello,

Is there anybody currently working on porting UtilsPlugin to current JOSM?
There's a fair amount of duplicate nodes around here and not having a
merge-node action turns this into a daunting work.

I'd volunteer to do this myself, but I didn't see the source anywhere and
didn't want to duplicate the work either.  So please speak up if you have the
source and/or are currently porting this.
