[josm-dev] Draw nodes tool

Hi all,

I just came across another minor glitch in the "Draw node" tool. When
reusing an old node where a _deleted_ way ends it will start a new
way. 

When trying to start a new way from a node where only one deleted way
ends the nodes one enters seem to be unconnected. I guess JOSM is happily
extending the deleted way.

When adding a new node JOSM needs to check whether the ways ending at
the currently selected node are deleted or not.
