[josm-dev] Possible fix for auto-complete annoyance

Hmm... I'm not sure the patch got applied correctly. The key is to
have the substring selection *after* the call to setSelectedItem,
because I think it's setSelectedItem that causes the entire field to
be highlighted. I haven't tried it yet, though, so maybe it's fixed
anyway.
