[josm-dev] File-Open problem displaying dates for files

This is in the JOSM trac as ticket #387:

It is unclear under what circumstances this bug occurs. It seems to be
a Windows issue, but nobody knows wheter it is tied to a specific Java
version or a specific Windows version or both... 

It doesn't have a high priority though since (AFAICS) JOSM does
everything right and it's just a matter of a somehow broken platform.
If somebody finds a workaround we can use that, but if not then it's
just tough luck I guess.
