[josm-dev] JOSM compile errors in eclipse

I get compile errors on the tr() and marktr() functions when compiling
JOSM in eclipse, but no other time.  The really weird part is that, once
I edit and save the file, the errors go away.  If I simply add a space,
delete it, and save, the errors go away until the next time I start
eclipse.

It's probably an eclipse problem but I wondered if anyone here has ever
seen it.
