[josm-dev] Alt + click broken?

Some window managers hijack the Alt key for their own purpose so taht
it never gets through to JOSM. You can either reconfigure your window
manager or try to fool the window manager by using Ctrl-Alt (Ctrl has
a special meannig in JOSM also but in most cases it does not make a
difference).
