[josm-dev] Tickets regarding probably disused presets-fileformat

Hi!

I'm sifting through the tickets to find things that I think I can easily 
fix...
During that search I found #409 (Disregard the readonly in tagging 
presets), #533 (item type doesn't allow comma separated values) which 
are bugs related to the format of presets.xml.
When I look at the current presets file, it seems these bugs can not be 
applied to the present situation, so I plead for closing.

BTW: is there a documentation about the presets.xml? Maby a schema?
