[josm-dev] Update Plugins fails

Hi,

After reading Dirk's mail about the TagChecker, i tried to download
the newest plugin.
So downloading the latest.jar and then update the plugins.

This updating was done in less then a second!!
The jar files in the C:\Documents and
Settings\Myuser\ApplicationData\JOSM\plugins dir have got an age about
10 months and more..
After restarting josm and try to update them again, the same plugins
needed an update witch take again less then a second.

Does anyone have the same problem?
