[josm-dev] Selecting members in Relation Editor

Hello,

find attached another usability improvement for the relation editor:
When starting the relation editor from within the properties dialog
the corresponding members will be selected. If necessary the the
member list will be scrolled accordingly.

Eg. if you want to edit a role of a way / node, with this patch the
corresponding member can be identified easily in the relation editor.

CCed to Dirk if the attachment got lost in the list ;-)
