Probably josm-tested.jar is better. As this is what it really is: Tested 
(a bit :-)

Testing is not best name, as there is nothing which comes after testing.

If you could make such a link based on the wiki it would probably be a 
good idea. In the wiki I still would leave the link to the snapshot and 
not the symbolic name.
