[josm-dev] Automatic tiles downloading in WMSPlugin

Hello,

I remade WMSPlugin, so it is automaticaly downloading map tiles. It is not  
finnished (for example there will be yet no message if something went  
wrong with server), but it is usable (I'm finding it more usable than the  
actual) yet. I want some feedback about my changes, so please test the  
plugin.
