Hello Petr,

I used the first version of your plugin for a short test.
The automatic downloading is very useful when checking or mapping a
larger area.

I have some suggestions for improvement:

When scrolling around or changing the zoom level, the tile should not be
downloaded immediately but after some configurable delay when the view
is no longer changed. This would avoid downloading large amounts of
unwanted data. It might even be useful for some users or for some WMS
servers to completely disable automatic downloading.

As I already told in my reply to Frederik's message, I suggest to re-add
the save and load functions. This feature is useful to avoid repeated
downloading of the same area.

If you use remove the switch between WMSGrabber and OSGBGrabber it may
no longer be possible to use the NPE maps server[s]. So this might be an
important feature.
