I think I'll do a major code reformat over the holidays unless someone 
beats me to it. With time we have incurred a lot of slightly different 
styles here and there which may be confusing to newcomers. Unfortunately 
I don't trust Eclipse to reformat the whole of JOSM without breakung 
things so it'll have to be checked by hand.
