[josm-dev] [patch] Build process: Ant does not find svn executable

Can we not just drop the call to SVN in the build script, rather than 
adding a bunch of libraries? All the hassle just to get a revision 
number into a Manifest file that nobody is interested in - I'm sure 
there must be an easier way?
