Would be great if this could be included in the main JOSM program, I 
downloaded Dave's custom version 10 last night, and have found the "server 
retries" function really useful when uploading large amounts of coastline 
data, it saved me hours of sitting at my computer continually resuming a 
stalled upload of coastline data.
