[josm-dev] Missing resource: marktr

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build JOSM so I've downloaded the sources (using svn)
but the project doesn't compile due to missing library / class:
org.xnap.commons.i18n.I18n.marktr

What am I missing? Where can I get the missing library?
