[josm-dev] Missing resource: marktr

I am using Sun's Java 6. I don't think it's part of the jdk, perhaps
it's bundled with Eclipse.

What if I prefer NetBeans?

I found the library at http://xnap.sourceforge.net .

Do we really have to keep this dependency?
