[josm-dev] Help text about projection and rectangles

Hi,

I've just seen the help text on the startup screen in the latest josm.  
However if a user knows nothing about projections, it means nothing to  
them.

"There is also a new option in the tools menu that will make existing  
shapes into a proper rectangles. Note that ll this is dependent on the  
projection you're using; you must use a projection in which rectangles  
look rectangular and not skewed."

There are only 2 projections available in the Map settings in the  
preferences. So do you need to use Mercator or EPSG:4326? Please  
update the message to tell the user which projection they need to use  
for it to work properly, rather than requiring the user to find out.
