[josm-dev] JOSM 635 broken. Layers and command stack issues

Hi,

When my data layer is selected I don't see any of my GPS tracks in the
editor section. If I select one of the GPX layers, all the GPX layers
becomes visible in the editor section . When the GPX layer is
selected, I can't edit the data but I can move them around. If I then
tries to undo my moves when the GPX layers is still selected, it will
undo my changes, but the command stack and the icon in the tool bar
dosen't get updated.
