[josm-dev] Presets cannot be added to the toolbar

Hi,

for some time now, it is not possible to add presets to the toolbar. Though 
they appear in the configuration dialog properly and can be added, they will 
not be available in the toolbar, even after a restart.

Anyone here who has interest to check this issue?
