"josm-latest.jar" (SVN r1065) still does not contain the translations:

 $ jar tf ./josm-latest.jar |grep Transl
 $

However, when building JOSM myself (using ant):

 $ jar tf dist/josm-custom.jar |grep Transl
 org/openstreetmap/josm/i18n/Translation_de$1.class
 org/openstreetmap/josm/i18n/Translation_de.class
 org/openstreetmap/josm/i18n/Translation_en_GB$1.class
 org/openstreetmap/josm/i18n/Translation_en_GB.class
 ...
 $

Seems like the nightly builds are not made using the same ANT infrastructure?!?
