[josm-dev] translation now in nightly build

Hi,

   I have changed the nightly build to include the translation jar file. 
For security reasons, the build does not use the build.xml file from SVN 
  (malicious user with SVN account could gain access to build machine), 
that's why I had to put this in manually.

At the moment I simply use the josm-translations.jar file from the JOSM 
SVN. Would you prefer the nightly build to get the translation source 
from OSM SVN and build from there? This would provide more up-to-date 
translations but add a possible point of failure (OSM SVN not responding).
