If I open 
file:///G:/Documents%20and%20Settings/David/Application%20Data/JOSM/plugins/wmsplugin/ymap.html?&bbox=-1.153,50.699,-1.107,50.745&width=500&height=499 
directly in a web browser I get a proper Yahoo image of the area I would 
expect.

If I run  webkit-image 
file:///G:/Documents%20and%20Settings/David/Application%20Data/JOSM/plugins/wmsplugin/ymap.html?&bbox=-1.153,50.699,-1.107,50.745&width=500&height=499 
 >test.png I get a 19Kb image, but it is not of the area I want.  see 
attachment.
