[josm-dev] ewmsplugin on win32

I found the time to try it now too on Win XP with JOSM 1056 and Java
1.6.0_07.

With this -Xmx option there is no exception.

Without the -Xmx option I get a 'out of memory' exception too and it
says 'Currently 63 MB are available to JOSM.'

Same here, I see only the (presumably) lower right part of the images
and there are gaps too. I made a screenshot and uploaded it here:

Additionally I noticed my computer to slow down while and after
loading the yahoo iamges until I close JOSM. Probably depending on the
heavy memory use.
