Beside the fact that this would introduce a list of "docomplete" and 
"donotcomplete" tags there will be lots of different opinions regarding 
which tags must be in which category. And as the user wont see which type 
a tag has we will get lots of bugtracker entries about non-working 
completion. Maybe we could add a hidden option only for experts including 
a list of "no-expand" tags.

But as said, I do not like touching that code again. I'm happy it works.
