JOSM accepts yes, true, 1, 0, no, false and upper/lower case forms. What 
you probably mean is that the Preset-Check does not know about true, as 
the presets do not use true. The text should be changed, so that 
it is clear "Presets do not contain tag" instead of "Unknown ...".
I will change that accordingly.

P.S. JOSM writes yes/no always when tags are changed. From my point of 
view true/false and 1/0 are deprecated.
