I don't think this is such a good idea. The display of turn restrictions 
on the map will not be something which is really understandable and I see 
no way yet to display that better.

What would probably be possible is a display of a part of the map in a 
turn-restriction editor. There you can rotate the streets accordingly and 
also place the signs as required.

BTW: What helped me already was to see the elements selected when 
selecting the relation.

At least not in the next weeks. If I find time I will do some more 
bugfixing, but no new features until I have some free time again.
And then probably a general template based relation editor is the next task.

And I will have enough work at work as the leap second caused some trouble 
which needs to be fixed. :-)
