Sad but true it is not. The only chance to find the problem is usage of 
Java 1.5 (which I BTW do not use myself, so from time to time some Java 
1.6 stuff slips through my fingers :-)

I don't know what the source settings for Java do, but they do not check 
for 1.5 source. But java/ant also has some other problems regarding 
dependency tracking :-)

Checked in the 1.5 patch. Hopefully that was all.

BTW: Regarding the Toolbar stuff. I saw you reenabled the register 
function, but the registered actions do not appear in the list still 
(e.g. Validate and Search action).
