[josm-dev] Next JOSM tested release

Hello,

for more than 100 revisions we had no josm tested and many news, so it 
gets time to release a new tested. As currently we have a high change rate 
(also due to the many improvements from Karl) I want to announce the plan 
for a new tested before it is ready (a new approach for josm).

Somewhen mid of next week a new tested should be ready. Please don't 
introduce critical changes before this date. Fix bugs when you find them.

Translators, please increase your efforts till this date :-)
