Sorry, by EST I meant AEST, which is GMT+10, i.e. 07:22 GMT. And I'm using
real audio with real timestamps, not "invented", so it does appear to me
that there is a bug.
I'd be very interested in helping with getting this working. I've created a
new ticket: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/2784
Please let me know how I can contribute further.
